Bootcamp is a full body training for women of all levels of fitness
You train in our studio or outside at your own pace and your own intensity but together in a group.
No hard faces, but lots of fun and functional training, strengthening your heart muscles and endurance.
We work at endurance and stamina, mobility and the correct way of moving. But fun comes first
Bootcamp gives you instant energy.
Important is that you do the training at your own level, so you don’t force anything and it is an enjoyable training. Of course it needs to have challenges, because they are all to enhance your performance.
During this training we use materials like speedladde, battlerope, kettlebells and many more.
This training is suitable for everybody, whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, you can all start at your own level.
With us, through the right attention on exercises and correct execution of them, we work on building your endurance level and improving your performance.
And of course we can go outside to!
