Lift Off!

In this 6-week introductory course, we will teach you the basics of the exercises in six one-hour sessions, and you’ll get a simple introduction to the structure of our training sessions. The great thing is that after the Lift Off! course, you can still take advantage of our two-week free trial!

Do you want to start training but have little or no experience with working out? Then the Lift Off! course is perfect for you!

Small Group Training

If you prefer to train with other women then we have the small group training to offer. 

In a small group training , you train in groups of maximum 8 women and a certified trainer. 

Training together, but feels like personal training.
