Personal training is one step up from small group training. A personal trainer has the full focus on you and your goals for the full training. It’s one on one in which the trainer:
- makes a customized training and nutrition schedule
- motivates and works just with you the whole training
- challenges you but also supports you
- supports you also outside the trainings

The first step is a personal meeting in which you let us know what your needs and goals are.
With these guidelines we can determine, with our expertise and experience, what will be the best for you.
In this meeting your personal goals will be discussed and a fitting course advised.
Would you like to start with this course, we will discuss how and when and support and train you.
Depending on the chosen course and goals a health check will take place.
This check consist out of:
- a health question list
- a nutrition analysis
- a fit test (strength/endurance)
With the result of several tests we will make a personal training and lifestyle plan.
We will make concrete arrangements about the frequency of the training and follow realistic goals and timeframe.
Support, training en coaching
When a beginning is made you will start with training with a personal trainer.
Evaluation and follow up
Your starting course will take at least 8 weeks.
In this program there will be an evaluation and test moment, so we can adjust or fine tune your program.
After the 8 weeks we will do the same and discuss together what the results are and what will be the next fitting course for you.
