Would you like to get to know our training sessions in an easy and accessible way? Then the Lift Off! program is perfect for you! In this 6-week course, you will learn the basics of our exercises in six one-hour sessions and gradually discover our training method.
Whether you’re just starting with exercise or want to improve your technique, Lift Off! helps you get started with confidence and certainty.
The sessions take place on Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM and are open to anyone who wants to begin with our training.
