Personal training

When you decide to work with a personal trainer, you will work at your goals together after an intake interview. You get all the necessary advice and motivation and of course support to succeed. Also we have a customized lifestyle change and nutrition plan for you. 

Small group training

If you prefer to train with other women in a group, we offer you the small group training. You train in a group of a maximum of 8 women lead by a certified trainer.
Training together but still having the feeling of a personal training. 

Core power

In our small group training we work with Core Power.
Core Power is an effective training for everybody. You train all your muscles in 60 minutes in a functional training with individual weights and aids. All our trainings are challenging, variable and have competitive elements.
To offer a personal program we have several different programs of Core Power. After an intake we will decide together which program suits you the best.  So there is always a program that will work for your goals and is challenging for you. 

There is always a certified trainer present at the training, because we stand for safety and functionality.
