Who are we

Natasja Kartodimedjo

Personal Trainster / Small Group Trainster / Medical Fitness Trainster / Kettlebell Specialist

In addition to experience as a group exercise instructor and outdoor trainer, certified trainer of women during pregnancy and just after childbirth.
Certified Medical Fitness Trainer Level 5, Kettlebell Specialist Trainer Level 3,  acknowledged by the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) and former Les Mills Bodystep and BodyPump instructor.
Also self-employed and a fanatical crossfitter. Believes in: Set a goal, go for it 200% and achieve your goal. There is nothing you can’t do! Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you, even if you don’t see it yourself. Alone you can do a lot, together we can do so much more.

Loes Pullens

Small Group Trainer / Personal Trainer / Fitnesstrainer A & B

Working as a Small Group Trainer and Personal Trainer. Can also regularly be found in the gym to train and continue to develop her skills.
Believes that training contributes to feeling good in your body and increasing self-confidence. Enjoying exercise is always the focus, because enjoying the process is just as important as achieving your goals.
Whatever your goal – big or small – with the right commitment and guidance, anything is possible. Together we will work on the best version of yourself!
