Small Group Training
A small group training has a maximum of 8 women training.
With this amount is personal guidance a possibility and training together is challenging and motivates each other.
A small group training takes 60 minutes.
The workouts are specially designed for small groups and are focused on cardio, strength and functional training
It is a varied circuit training; challenging, different levels and goals.
You can participate in our planned trainings and easily plan them through our app and website

What will you do in a small group training?
There is a lot possible, from athletic cardio training to strength training, from posture to flexibility to coordination.
All the muscle groups will get the attention they need.
If you like variety and do not want to get bored, then this is the training for you.
Small group training is for everybody who likes to train in a group, likes a bit of competition but also the extra challenge of a personal support and attention.
Also for women who started with personal training and like to keep that extra support is this a good follow up of their course.
In short, a very good training next to your own discipline or as a worthy training on its own.
